Here at alley-oop, we like doing some of that nerdy stuff - and have the experience practicing it in the field. We offer FREE monthly services for the Members on our site where you can request things like flyer / graphic design, video / reel editing, training and much more.

Everyone’s needs are different, especially when it comes to your own business, organization, or artistic creativity. The request form is flexible - simply select the consultation area and then it’s your own guided input to list the business help that you need.
Oh yeah, you don’t have to give us money for these services either. Our needs are different, we want Members - see our “Members instead of Cash” rate sheet in next section below or within the consulting form…

Read through the services we offer our Members. As a Member on alley-oop, you get one (1) Free service per month…and then there are other services you can pay for. If the service isn’t Free, all Members have the option to pay the price listed or get a certain number of other people to join alley-oop.

- Site tours and walkthroughs with you to help brainstorm on utilization ideas and layouts.
- Help identify and implement staffing needs, operations, trainings, and software to use for managing all of it.
- Help identify and implement point of service (POS) software and equipment, input and set up inventory, SKUs, and other product / service tagging and labeling.

- Website design and build, including internal contact processes and customer / visitor address book.
- Website evaluation of your current site, with improvement recommendations.
- Website touch ups of your current site, updating pages and content in need of love.
- Creation of style guides for your business to utilize when working with other designers or partners (see example of what that is).
- Flyers, business cards, banners and cover art (book, music) design services.
- Video construction and editing for reels / shorts and other video projects.

- Step-by-step process mapping and standard operating procedures for key procedures in your business.
- Data mining and trend reporting on some of your key data or reports that are important to your business.
- Complete target audience evaluation reports so that you know key insight on the demographics of people who need your services.

- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt workshops covering single topics on Prioritization Matrices, the DMAIC Model, and key analysis techniques.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training on all practices and concepts within Green Belt Body of Knowledge.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification exam practice sessions.
- Plan, implement and launch Lean Six Sigma projects at / within your business (projects must qualify for the need for Six Sigma engagement, and also have personnel that can continue project lifecycle after the project’s launch).
